This is only the beginning

A few months back we were connected with a woman who was recently released from jail. She was excited and fully committed to a new beginning. She immediately secured employment and
was showing up regularly. She reconnected with a childhood friend who pointed her towards Love INC for some encouragement and help finding housing. We were able to share the local
landlord list with her and before long she had made enough calls to secure housing as well. However, the place she rented did not have a working fridge or any furniture. She would be responsible for supplying all needed items on her own. Due to the loving generosity of so many local people donating their working appliances and gently used furniture, the church stepped up ready to deliver these items so that her place could feel like “home”. When we called to let her know that this delivery would be happening and set a date and time she was so excited and said “Could you repeat that?! I just can’t believe this! I’m jumping up and down I’m so excited!” She knew that we believed in her, in her future, and in the plan God has for her life! This is only the beginning!
